Refund policy

We aim to photograph and describe all our products and fabrics as accurately as possible. If you are unsure of anything please message us at dundee@sewconfident.co.uk to ask.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on cut fabric. Once cut from the bolt the fabric is considered a personalised order. To avoid any disappointment, we advise double-checking the items in your cart before checking out. If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund or replace the item within 30 working days. 

Any other goods purchased from the website(such as sewing supplies) can be returned to Sew Confident Dundee within 14 working days of receiving the goods. You have the right under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to change your mind you may return the item(s) to us at your own cost. You will be refunded for the cost of the item only. All postage costs are non refundable. You will be refunded upon receipt of the item to us. It’s advised you send the goods back to us using a trackable service to ensure the goods reach us. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition, with all original packaging.
